  After careful consideration i felt the need to leave feed back, I brought my mother in for dinner last night 1/12/17 before the little rush you had...Had a new girl trying to learn the bus..That young lady was so nervous she was having a bad time keeping up...That being said why didn't the big bald waiter that's been there along time help her ??? He seen her struggling.. time after time he left her to try and figure things out on her own all the time telling her go here go there do this that and playing with his phone she was almost in tears. Maybe that young lady would not have been so nervous or made mistakes if he took the time to help..We also seen that you were short handed..He still had plenty of opportunity to help her. We waited almost 20 minutes just to check out...When asking him to help his response was she'll get it..while he was chatting with other customers..I hope some of the other customers write in on this as we hope the big bald waiter gets reprimanded just like you probably done to the new waitress..Might work on the cooks getting the food out faster as well thats a big issue also, and stop using microwaves to heat food up until it dried out.. Last few times I have brought people in the quality has been very poor.. I will probably take them somewhere else from now on.
